Arrival Guide: Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK)

1. Entry and Visa Requirements

To expedite your clearance through customs, we strongly recommend completing your electronic customs declaration before you land.
ASEAN passport holders enjoy visa-free entry for up to 30 days (non-extendable).
Non-ASEAN passport holders may obtain a Visa on Arrival (VOA) or Electronic VOA (E-VOA), valid for 30 days and extendable once.
VOA Fee: IDR 500,000 (approx. USD 35).
Requirements: Passport valid for 6 months, return/onward ticket, and completed All Indonesia QR Form.

2. Pre-Arrival: Electronic Customs Declaration

To expedite your clearance through customs, we strongly recommend completing your electronic customs declaration before you land.

You will receive a QR code upon completion. Please have this code ready to present to customs officials.
