During this food festival, guests can savor Ceviche, the favourite dish of many in Peruvian cuisine. The coastal sensation is made with freshly caught seafood steeped in onion, chilli, and lemon juice, resulting in the fish appearing as “cooked”. Like any household delicacy around the world, every family has its own secret recipe. As the sweet end of the Peruvian cuisine, Tres Leches Cake is a must-try item. This dense, moist “three milks” cake is perforated and soaked in a mixture of three different milk products: evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk or heavy cream, hence the name Tres Leches.
